POSITION INFO:

Project Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary teams in the planning, design, and implementation of water infrastructure projects.
Innovative Solutions: Develop cutting-edge approaches to water resource management, incorporating sustainability and resilience principles.
Technical Expertise: Apply your expertise in hydrology, hydraulics, and water quality to solve complex engineering challenges.
Client Collaboration: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, driving continuous improvement and thought leadership within the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master's preferred).
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in water resources engineering.
Proven track record of successfully managing projects from concept to completion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
