JOB DESCRIPTION:

My cleint in a department are looking for 5 SENIOR STORES CLERK FOR 12 MONTHS. The candidate must be available ASAP and not working , meeting the qualification and experience.

SALARY:142894P/A

CLOSING DATE: 16/09/2022

AVAILABLE: ASAP

List the major duties and responsibilities of this job in order of importance.

Report to the Supply Chain Accountant

2. Receive goods

3. Generate Goods Receipt Notes

4. Issue goods to end-users

5. Follow up on outstanding deliveries

6. Close purchase orders

7. Match delivery notes, purchase orders and invoices

8. Submit documents to Finance

9. Conduct stock take

10. Issue stock

11. Ensure monthly reconciliation of stock

12. Post journals

13. Oversee disposal of stock and assets.

Experience/Knowledge/Skills Required:

 List experience/knowledge/skills required for this position

 2 years’ relevant experience in supply chain management

 Computer literacy, with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Behavioural competencies Required:

 List behavioural competencies required for this position e.g. customer focus  The ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels, both internally and outside the Institute

 Accuracy

 A high degree of integrity, insight, patience, responsibility and reliability (essential)

Qualification & Scientific status required:

 Qualifications : A National Diploma in Logistics or equivalent qualification
