SUMMARY:
The Service Advisor plays a crucial role in providing customers with a professional service experience. This role involves ensuring effective communication between customers, parts, and service departments to achieve customer satisfaction goals.

POSITION INFO:
Main Responsibilities:

Prepare for the arrival of customers.
Provide initial consultation and care for customers upon arrival.
Ensure accurate warranty and motor plan details are entered into the system.
Update the Dealer Management System, track all vehicles, and update control systems.
Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the service process.
Ensure accurate invoice payments.
Conduct vehicle handovers.
Follow up with customers and provide reminders.

Educational Qualifications: Senior Certificate Grade 12

Experience:

Minimum 2 years’ Service Advisor experience in a Dealership
Computer literate (Office Suite)
Driver’s license and own transport

Advantageous Requirements:

Motor dealership (technical experience)
Technical Qualification
Certificated Service Advisor Training Completed
