Overview:
A specialist Land Rover service centre based in Montague Gardens, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. This front-line role serves as the key link between our customers and workshop staff, ensuring a smooth, professional, and well-communicated service experience.
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to service enquiries
- Meet and greet customers at reception in a professional and friendly manner
- Book vehicles into the workshop, clearly capturing customer concerns and service requirements
- Open and maintain job cards with accurate and up-to-date information
- Coordinate service timelines with the Workshop Manager
- Keep customers informed on progress, expected completion times, and any changes
- Ensure completed work is properly invoiced before customer collection
- Brief customers on work completed and handover vehicles
- Handle any customer concerns or queries in a calm and solution-oriented manner
Requirements:- Matric (Grade 12)
- Experience in the automotive industry, MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE in a similar service advisor or front-of-house role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable using computer systems and invoicing software
- Good understanding of motor vehicles; Land Rover knowledge is a distinct advantage
- Must have a valid driver’s licence

Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
OCCASIONAL SATURDAY REQUIRED
Remuneration:Market-related, based on experience and skills
MIBCO FUND COMPULSORY AFTER 6 MONTHS
