Job Position: Service Co-ordinator

Salary: R10 000 per month commensurate with experience and qualification including medical aid

Qualifications / Requirements:

Grade 12

Due to the nature of the business, a male would be suitable

Fluent in Xhosa and English

Certificate / Diploma in related industry

2 years experience in the service industry

Valid Code 08 drivers license

Key Performance Areas:

Daily control and follow up on all routes services to ensure services stays up to date

Plan routines accordingly when faced with holidays to ensure that all services stay up to date

Liaising with and or supplying services to clients to keep them informed of scheduled visits

Updating routing of clients when changes are required

Supervise and assisting with loading and offloading of vehicles as well as checking paperwork and stock match and signing off on checks done

Managing of fuel cards, petrol slips on weekly basis

All slips to be accounted for

Managing of weekly vehicle checklists
