Service Delivery Coordinator ICT

SUMMARY:
Managed Talent Solutions is looking for Service Delivery Coordinator in Windhoek Namibia for our client in the Healthcare sector on contract for a minimum of 12 months. The Service Coordinator will provide support to the ICT functions and business processes for the full ICT technical landscape which includes: Infrastructure, Applications, Business Intelligence etc. Strong communications skills are required for this position with a very user centric approach. 

Mus tbe based in Windhoek and will be on-site role.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Matric and relevant tertiary qualification
• Drivers licence and own car
• ITIL foundation certfication

• To provide service delivery and support to internal Stakeholders and clients
• Manage and mitigate ICT and Infrastructure risks within the Organization
• Maintain continuous improvement within the ICT and Infrastructure environment.
• Develop and maintain ICT support procedures.
• To maintain stakeholder relations and client service within ICT and Infrastructure department.
• To monitor and control ICT assets within the company
