Service Delivery Executive

SUMMARY:
My client requires a Service Delivery Manager to effectively manage clients, facilitate their requests for change, service issues, SLA up-times, reporting and strengthening the client relationship through the delivery of great service. You will be responsible for making sure that services are being seamlessly delivered to the clients of an organization.

POSITION INFO:

• Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary

• Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews

• Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery

• Developing a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery

• Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand

• Analyzing third-party as well as internal processes, and creating strategies for service delivery optimization

• Have a detailed knowledge of the services provided to each account.

• Understand the effect a service outage may have from the client perspective.

• Be responsive to the client in any and all requests or issues.

• Act as an escalation point for issues reported into the Technical Teams

• Provide weekly/monthly client reports on service requests and issues.

• Liaise with technical teams for most recent updates and gain an understanding of the outstanding deliverables.

• Ensure timescales are within reach and if not update reports to reflect our ability to deliver.

• Minimum of 7 years in working experience working in service delivery management position within a fast-paced and highly competitive business environment.
