JOB SUMMARY:
Our client based in Pietermaritzburg is looking for a Service Delivery Manager for a period of 36 Months to be on-site 2 days a week.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements & Qualifications

Must have NQF6 or Higher ICT Qualification.
Must be ITIL 4 Foundation Certified.
Must have 3 years experience in Account and Service Management.
Oversee all resources, manage contract and billing, IT SLA management (about incident and service requests), and IT service support analytics and reporting.
