SUMMARY:
Our client based in Midrand is looking for a Service Desk Consultant to join their team
4 Months contract

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Some Tertiary IT Qualification or relevant qualification.
1 to 2 Years IT Service Desk experience is a MUST HAVE.
HDM, FORME, ARIS Service Desk Software will be a huge advantage.
Enable Monitoring Software experience will be an advantage.

Duties:

Answer, Log, Monitor, Follow up and Close User Support Calls.
Chace 1st Line Desktop Support Technicians to close calls.
General Administration and Documentation

Personal Characteristics:

Excellent Interpersonal skills
Calm and Collected under pressured circumstances.
Analytical Abilities to ask the right questions, to make the right diagnoses so that the call can be logged correctly.
