POSITION INFO:
Our client is looking for a skilled Service Desk Engineer (L2) to join their dynamic IT support team. This role is ideal for an experienced support professional who thrives in an SLA-driven environment, enjoys resolving complex technical issues, and is ready to take ownership of escalations while supporting a diverse user base.
