Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
5+ years’ experience with hydro plant machinery.
Strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering.

Ideal Extras

Master’s degree or MBA (advantageous).
Experience in Non-Destructive Testing/Quality Assurance.
Proven ability to deliver technical service and customer support.

Other Must-Haves

Expertise in manufacturing, field service, and commissioning.
Knowledge of on-site machining (a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel internationally.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the go-to product and process specialist for customers and internal teams.
Diagnose, maintain, repair, and upgrade hydroelectric equipment.
Lead and support new product introductions and application development.
Identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
Manage on-site projects, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
