SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Service Manager to lead technical service operations, drive team performance, and ensure high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing technical teams, optimizing maintenance, and maintaining industrial refrigeration and compressor systems.

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

Lead and mentor service technicians to ensure high performance
Manage daily service operations: scheduling, workforce planning, and resource allocation
Ensure timely, quality maintenance and repair of refrigeration and compressor systems
Improve processes to boost efficiency, safety, and response times
Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and report on service performance

Skills & Experience:

5+ years in industrial refrigeration or rotating equipment maintenance
2+ years in a leadership or service management role
Technical expertise in compressors, electrical systems, and PLC controls
Proven ability to lead teams and improve service quality
Strong communication and organizational skills

Qualification:

Diploma or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
SAQCC Gas Category B8 license (advantageous)
Solid foundation in compressor maintenance and refrigeration systems
Valid driver’s license; able to travel locally and internationally
Experience in service management or supervisory roles

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
