SUMMARY:
Our client based in Meadowdale is looking for a Service Manager

POSITION INFO:

Qualification

• Minimum Matric
• Suitable tertiary qualification, (BTech/BSC/T4)
• Suitable supervisory exposure
• Suitable experience in similar environment
• B / EB drivers licence.
• Valid Passport
• Good interpersonal skills
• Must be willing to work extended hours when necessary
• Good organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Oversight of Service Department
• Enabling Staffing levels and competencies in order to meet divisional objectives
• Ensuring Profitability
• Management and Facilitation of SLAs in order grow residual income.
• Ensure that team remains abreast of technological advances at a minumim
• Managing Staff in order to better Customer Service demands.
• Monthly reporting
• Control of Expenses
• Working Capital, controlling of departmental stock, eliminating write-offs
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Facilitating support of service, breakdowns, installations and warranty work
