SUMMARY:
Our client based in Meadowdale is looking for a Service Manager

POSITION INFO:

Qualification

Minimum Matric
Suitable tertiary qualification, (BTech/BSC/T4)
Suitable supervisory exposure
Suitable experience in similar environment
B / EB drivers licence.
Valid Passport
Good interpersonal skills
Must be willing to work extended hours when necessary
Good organizational skills

Responsibilities

Oversight of Service Department
Enabling Staffing levels and competencies in order to meet divisional objectives
Ensuring Profitability
Management and Facilitation of SLAs in order grow residual income.
Ensure that team remains abreast of technological advances at a minumim
Managing Staff in order to better Customer Service demands.
Monthly reporting
Control of Expenses
Working Capital, controlling of departmental stock, eliminating write-offs
Budgeting and forecasting
Facilitating support of service, breakdowns, installations and warranty work
