SUMMARY:
This multi-national industrial door and equipment supplier and installer is seeking an exceptional Service Manager to be based in Gauteng.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

Matric
Relevant technical or business related qualification

Requirements and Duties:

Ensure all SLA''s are adhered to
Oversee and manage all budgets for the installations and services department
Manage and control monthly and annual sales
Develop and increase new and existing business from clients
Handle all customer queries and complaints
Ensure all staff follow up with customers to provide accurate after service care
Implement and maintain procedures and ensure costs are reduced
Ensure all stock and equipment is available to complete all projects on time and within budget
Monitor and track all vehicles
Managing overtime and timesheets
Setting up of performance reviews
Assist staff members with all installations, services and maintenance
Ensure all labour legislation regulations are adhered to
