POSITION INFO:

We have a vacancy for a Service / Service Admin Manager for a large dealership in Johannesburg

The duties include: Delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service team members; Monitoring department issues and client complaints; Assisting with or performing administrative tasks, such as managing and updating invoices, processing new orders, and tracking inventory.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years'' experience as Service manager or Admin Service manager
Excellent knowledge of the workshop service department of a dealership and the processes
Experience working with corporate brands like Audi, Mercedes, BMW
Clear criminal record
Strong admin skills, people skills, management skills
Knowledge of motor industry systems such as Autoline, Kerridge etc.
