Service Manager - Multifranchise Dealer - North West

POSITION INFO:
An opportunity for a Multifranchise Dealership Service Manager has become available in North West.

As Service Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and development of the service department to ensure ongoing profitability.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years Service Manager experience at a Multifranchise Dealer
Motor Mechanic Trade Test Certificate is required
Valid Drivers License
Computer literate
Clear criminal record

Responsibilities:

Lead, develop and motivate staff
Manage service department staff members
Drive the productivity, efficiency, and the customer service index.
Managing cost and increase the profitability of the service and department

Ability to motivate the service department effectively and positively
