Join a leading distributor of cutting-edge cybersecurity technologies as our Service Manager Post Sales Services. We're looking for a dynamic leader to drive delivery excellence, manage a top-tier technical team, and ensure exceptional customer success across implementation, support, and managed services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach & grow a high-performing post-sales technical team.
Oversee project delivery across implementation, professional, and managed services.
Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction and retention.
Establish and refine service processes, tools, and reporting frameworks.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Product teams.
Maintain compliance with vendor standards and certifications.

? Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field (preferred).
5+ years in service delivery/post-sales, with 2+ years in leadership.
Cybersecurity or IT distribution experience is a strong plus.
Project Management certifications (e.g. PMP, Agile) advantageous.
Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
