SUMMARY:
Sales Manager required for a dynamic company selling compressors based on the East Rand

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets
Develop and execute sales and aftermarket strategies across multiple regions
Optimize sales territories and monitor KPIs to maximize profitability
Build strong customer relationships and drive service revenue
Collaborate with operations and marketing to implement effective sales initiatives

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven record in Compressor sales essential
3–5 years proven experience as a Sales Manager
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Strategic planning, sales forecasting, and CRM proficiency
Ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and adapt to market changes
