JOB SUMMARY:
My client is looking for a Service Technician with a strong electrical background, someone with the skill set of being client facing but who doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty. Apply now if this is for you!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Responsibilities:

Must proficiently communicate with customers, verbally and via email, on a daily basis
Repair machinery
Understand mechanical drawings
Install and repair pumps on site
Assist Technicians with the diagnosis of the mechanical problems
Candidate must be able to liaise with customers in a professional and courteous manner
Sales function: Responsible for tracking previous services completed and getting customers to service again
Will be required to do reports for management and other administrative duties
Give accurate and constant feedback to management

Education:

Matric (Grade 12)
N6 Electrical

Job Experience & Skills Required:

2 years electrical experience
Can work under pressure
Good social/communication skills
Result driven
