The "Must-Haves" (Non-Negotiable)

• GCC Factories: You must hold a Government Certificate of Competency (Electrical or Mechanical).

• GMR 2.1 Experience: Proven track record of legal appointment under the OSH Act.

• High Power Loading: Experience managing a plant loading of 15 MVA or similar heavy industrial scale.

• Education: National Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Legal Accountability: Full GMR 2.1 appointment as per General Machinery Regulations 2(1).

• Plant Uptime: Drive maintenance strategies to ensure maximum uptime in a high-pressure manufacturing environment.

• Cost Control: Manage maintenance budgets and optimize resource allocation.

• Team Leadership: Enforce strict discipline, safety protocols, and housekeeping standards.

• Performance Optimization: Constant investigation and recommendation for mechanical/electrical performance improvements.

The Ideal Candidate

• Foundry/Automotive Experience: 8+ years in manufacturing machinery maintenance (preferably Ferrous).

• Stress Tolerance: The ability to keep a cool head when a furnace is down and deadlines are looming.

• Independence: A self-starter who doesn''''t need hand-holding to keep a 15 MVA plant running.
