Shipping and Receiving Clerk (JB2084)
Centurion, Gauteng
R10 000 – R12 000 CTC per Month
Duration: Permanent

Overview
Experienced Shipping and Receiving Clerk required to join an established company.

Minimum Requirements:
Completed Grade 12
2 or more years’ experience in shipping and receiving
Strong Excel skills
Previous supervisory experience would be an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities:
Accept and document packages and deliveries
Ensure that all procedures for receiving and shipping are followed correctly
Maintain inventory records and levels as well as procurement of goods and disposal of obsolete goods
Schedule deliveries and pickups and ensure that relevant deadlines are met
Liaise with various departments to ensure that all administration and relevant paperwork is managed correctly
Manage work schedules for the shipping department
Assist with training specific to shipping procedures
Identify and resolve discrepancies as they arise
Reaching and exceeding targets
