A brilliant opportunity is available in the Consulting industry, with one of our international clients, for an up and coming Actuarial Analyst who is looking to take the next big step in their career in the short-term and general insurance space.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job & Company Description:
An international titan in the Consulting industry is looking to provide an opportunity for an Actuarial Analyst to form part of a close knit and professional team. While this role will be a very diverse role that requires traditional actuarial skills, your primary focus will be on non-life insurance. This roles requires a self-starter who requires little to no assistance and has strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Education:

BSc Actuarial Degree
Honours Degree will be advantageous
TASSA bordering on an AMASSA

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Up to 3 years’ experience in the short-term and/or general insurance
Actuarial model development experience
Experience in SAM and ORSA will be advantageous
Investment experience will be advantageous
Programming skills (VBA, R, Python etc.) would be advantageous
