Lead Generator \/ Business Development Candidate Ideal for a relentless prospector and strong salesperson who excels at the front end of the sales cycle. No prior insurance experience or qualifications are required for this pathway. Key Responsibilities: Focus primarily on prospecting and \"opening doors\" for the brokerage. Identify potential corporate and commercial clients. Execute high-volume cold calling and strategic networking. Generate qualified leads and secure introductory appointments for our advisory team to take forward. Requirements: Demonstrated experience in sales, lead generation, or high-volume cold calling. Exceptional ability to bypass gatekeepers and secure meetings with decision-makers. A hunter mentality with a high degree of resilience. General Requirements (Applicable to Both Profiles) Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fully fluent in both English and Afrikaans (written and spoken).
