JOB SUMMARY:
An well-known Interior Design and Décor company is currently looking for an influential showroom bound Sales Consultant based near Cape Town City Centre to increase showroom sales by utilising his or her creative and innovative skills and building long term relationships with clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications required:

Matric minimum
Any tertiary education in interior design or décor will be given first preference

Skills and experience required:

3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar position
Experience within upmarket / luxury retail stores or showrooms
A passion for sales
Computer literate (strong excel skills)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Professional appearance and approach
Creative and innovative
Telephone etiquette
Customer service excellence
Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills

Job description:

Maintain retail showroom standards
Responsible for coordinating deliveries
Managing stock and advertising material
Build strong long-term relationships with customers
Website queries and orders
Assist with custom made orders
Manage orders of additional products for the showroom
Advise and sell to customers in the store
Sales reporting
Sales administration
