DUTIES: Generate new business opportunities and build strong, lasting client relationships. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Conduct client meetings and site visits to gather project requirements. Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities. Manage signage projects from order confirmation through to final installation. Liaise with clients, designers, production, procurement, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Resolve client queries and concerns professionally and efficiently. Maintain accurate CRM records and project documentation.
