Seeking a meticulous Site Administrator / PA to provide essential administrative, secretarial, and operational support. Key responsibilities include site administration, presentation development, pricing, contract administration, and PA support. Purpose of the Role:

To provide comprehensive administrative, secretarial, and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office and site. The role is pivotal in managing key business functions, including creating professional presentations, assisting with tender pricing, administering contracts, and acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Administration & Office Management:
- Act as the first point of contact for all site visitors, clients, and calls, providing a professional and welcoming impression.
- Manage all office administration, including filing systems, mail, and office supplies.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain office organization.

Presentation & Proposal Development (PowerPoint Expertise):
- Create high-quality, professional PowerPoint presentations for various purposes.
- Work closely with teams to translate technical concepts into compelling slides.

Pricing & Contract Administration:
- Assist with quotes, tenders, and proposals.
- Handle contract administration tasks.

Personal Assistant Support to MD:
- Provide comprehensive PA support to the Managing Director.
- Handle confidential information and manage communication flow.

General Support:
- Provide basic HR administrative support and handle ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications and Experience:

Matric / Grade 12 certificate is essential. A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration or a related field is highly advantageous. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
