Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Administration & Office Management:
   
   
   
   • Act as the first point of contact for all site visitors, clients, and calls, providing a professional and welcoming impression.
   
   
   • Manage all office administration, including filing systems, mail, and office supplies.
   
   
   • Coordinate meetings and maintain office organization.
   
   
   
   


2. Presentation & Proposal Development (PowerPoint Expertise):
   
   
   
   • Create high-quality, professional PowerPoint presentations for various purposes.
   
   
   • Work closely with teams to translate technical concepts into compelling slides.
   
   
   
   


3. Pricing & Contract Administration:
   
   
   
   • Assist with quotes, tenders, and proposals.
   
   
   • Handle contract administration tasks.
   
   
   
   


4. Personal Assistant Support to MD:
   
   
   
   • Provide comprehensive PA support to the Managing Director.
   
   
   • Handle confidential information and manage communication flow.
   
   
   
   


5. General Support:
   
   
   
   • Provide basic HR administrative support and handle ad-hoc projects.
