JOB SUMMARY:
Site Agent - Contracts Manager required for leading Cape Town based building contractor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Educational requirements: Must have a building degree or diploma

Duties:

Manage site Team and Foreman
Report to Senior Contracts Director
Manage and Implement Financial Control
Provide contract interpretation to support implementation and provides cost and financial risk management advice
Monitor actual contract costs versus agreed budgets and monitors Material / Labour & Subcontractor budget
Accurately assess Labour and Material time-related output costs and communicate with QS and allocate costs
Identify and manage delays, variations, changes and new items and monitors on-going issues and change management
