A wellâestablished construction and mining services operation is seeking an experienced Site Engineer – Earthworks to support bulk earthworks and civil infrastructure works on active sites.
The role involves handsâon engineering support for earthworks execution, ensuring works are completed accurately, safely, and in line with specifications and production targets.
This position is suited to a siteâdriven engineer who thrives in fastâpaced earthworks environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical engineering support for earthworks activities
- Perform settingâout, level checks, and earthworks measurements
- Monitor quality and compliance of bulk earthworks and layerworks
- Coordinate testing and inspections with QA teams
- Support site agents and supervisors to meet programme targets
- Maintain accurate site records and reports
Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
- 3–7 years’ experience as a Site Engineer with earthworks exposure
- Strong practical understanding of bulk earthworks and layerworks
- Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
