A well-established industrial operation in Mpumalanga has a vacancy for a Site Foreman

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• Relevant qualification in Operations Management, Logistics, Warehousing or Production Management (advantageous)
• 2 Years supervisory experience in a machine operating, warehousing, logistics or production environment
• 5 Years operational experience within machine operations, warehousing and/or logistics
• Experience working in a plant, milling, or bulk material handling environment (advantageous)
• Proven experience managing teams in a high-risk operational environment
• Valid Driver’s License – essential
• Own reliable transport (advantageous due to location)
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook essential)
• Experience working with operational reporting systems
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations (SHEQ exposure essential)
• Understanding of weighbridge systems and stock control processes
• Basic mechanical knowledge to identify machinery faults
• Ability to manage diesel control and fuel reconciliation
