SUMMARY:
Site Manager required for leading Building Contractor in Cape Town

POSITION INFO:
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Implement and enforce site safety protocols and regulations.
- Monitor project progress and report to upper management.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
