Site Manager

SUMMARY:
A Vacancy exists for a Site Manager in the Guarding Division based in West Rand – Adcock Ingram - Aeroton.
 
The suitable candidate’s main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

POSITION INFO:

• Threat and Risk assessment;
• Client liaison and professional client relationship,
• Manpower Management
• Equipment Management
• Effectively dealing with and managing client complaints;
• Ensure that contractual requirements are met at all times;
• Incident and investigation management;
• Ensure compliance to the company’s disciplinary code;
• Initiating disciplinary hearings;
• Health & Safety and uniform management;
• Ensuring Security Officers problems that are reported are solved,
• Ensure that all company SOP’s are followed;
• Ensure BPC policies and procedures are followed at all times;
• After hour visits and standby duties;
• Liaison with local SAPS and Justice departments

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
• Relevant experience as an administrator;
• Sound communication skills (verbal and in writing)
• Bilingual (English and any other Soth African language);
• Good telephone etiquette;
• Previous experience in a similar position will be advantageous;
• MS Office proficient (excellent knowledge of Excel and Word)
• Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record;
• Own transport and accommodation;
• Experience in the following fields would be an advantage;
• Must have accredited Firearm Training Certificates for handgun, shotgun, rifle
• Be in possession of a valid SAPS Firearm Competency certificate for handgun, shotgun, rifle
• Be in possession of business purpose Firearm Certificates for handgun, shotgun, riffle
• Be in possession of National Key Point
• Must have knowledge of the Criminal Procedure Act 51/1977 as well as Firearms Control Act 60/2000
• Be a Team Player
