SUMMARY:
Opportunity for Site Manager on luxury residential projects

POSITION INFO:

Our client, a medium-sized contractor in Cape Town, is seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee luxury residential projects along the Atlantic Seaboard.

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 6 years experience in site management.
A construction-related qualification is advantageous.
Proven experience with concrete building structures and high-end finishes.
Familiarity with JBCC contracts and MS Projects is essential.

Candidates with a strong track record, relevant references, and experience in managing luxury residential projects will be prioritized.
