R 40 000 - R 45 000 CTC

Our client is seeking an experienced and hands-on Site Manager to oversee site operations, safety, personnel, equipment and daily activities within a demanding industrial environment.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements: Grade 12 \/ Matric 5 Years' experience in Site Management, Site Supervision, Operations Management or a similar role 3 Years' experience in an industrial, mining, engineering, manufacturing or related environment Proven experience managing and supervising teams Strong Quality Management experience Practical experience working with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Relevant Health and Safety \/ SHEQ courses or certifications Strong knowledge of OHS requirements, risk assessments and site safety procedures Experience conducting site inspections, audits and incident investigations Experience maintaining safety, quality and operational documentation Experience dealing with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams Strong reporting and administrative abilities Yellow machine experience will be advantageous Equipment, maintenance and operational experience will be advantageous Valid driver's license plus own reliable vehicle Must be a hands-on, practical individual who is comfortable being actively involved in site operations Ability to work under pressure and take full ownership of site operations Consultant: Gillian Ngwenyama - Dante Personnel Mpumalanga Apply via our website \/\/ MP009031 If you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessful
