Site Manager (Underground Engineering & Construction)

SUMMARY:
Position available for a Strong Dynamic and Self driven – Site Manager in Lydenburg, Mpumalanga.

*MUST be experienced in underground Engineering and Construction*

**South African Citizens will be given preference**

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

• Management of Underground Belt Construction projects in accordance to proven engineering and construction standards and the Mine Health and Safety Act that safely enhances productivity.

• Underground Belt Construction
• Projects Management
• ⁠Employee’s Management
• Client Relations Management
• Safety Management (MHSA)
• Fabrication
• Any other engineering or construction activity that will advance the projects

• Boilermaker / Fitter Trade Certificate
• National Diploma in Engineering Studies
• Any form of Qualification in people’s management will be advantageous

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Underground Belt Construction (in the Chrome or Platinum Mines)
• Fluent in English⁠
• Understanding of Zulu and or Sepedi will be advantageous

• Good writing skills
• Good communicator
• Client relations skills and willing to go extra mile to maintain client relationship

• Team player
• Self Managed, and self motivated enthusiastic individual
• Good communication skills
