JOB SUMMARY:
Site Operations Manager- Upper Highway

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The role calls for a driven and self-motivated Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment where multi-taking is the norm.

Key requirements:

At least 5 years of management-level experience from an agricultural/horticultural or FMCG/ food & beverage environment
Proven HR/IR experience from a unionized environment
Previous experience in managing a workforce of 200+ including wage negotiations
Strong financial acumen- ability to compile annual budgets and control costs throughout the year
Knowledge of FSSC 2000, Farming for the Future and Global GAP
Capex projects experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build strong relationships
A practical mindset with a hands-on approach.
