POSITION INFO:

Job Title: Site Supervisor Boilermaker

Senority Level: Mid-Career (2 - 4 yrs exp)

Location: Ermelo, Mpumalanga

Type: Contractor

Duties and Responsibilities:

Minimum 4 years milling plant maintenance experience
Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role
Valid milling plant PSR authorisation

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise maintenance teams and daily plant operations
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
Schedule maintenance tasks and monitor completion
Provide technical guidance to team members
Report progress and issues to Site Manager
