Qualification:

N3 with trade test as Mechanical Fitter

Experience:

Minimum 4 years milling plant maintenance experience
Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
Valid milling plant PSR authorisation

Key Responsibilities:

Lead mechanical fitter teams on site
Ensure equipment reliability and performance
Conduct routine inspections and report faults
Implement maintenance schedules
Support training and development of team members
