SKIN CARE SALON & COSMETIC RETAIL AGENT EASTERN CAPE & GARDEN ROUTE - REGIONAL | South Africa START: 01 June 2026 \/ ASAP REPORT TO: Sales Manager \/ Director HOURS & SHIFTS: Monday to Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm 40 hours per week SALARY & BENEFITS: R13,000+ Company Allowance Package Monthly Product Allocation from our esteemed brand portfolio 8% - 12% Commission on Salon & Retail Store turnover achieved (regionally) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Reside centrally in or around Port Elizabeth (Eastern Cape) Valid driver license & your own, reliable and insured vehicle - this is not negotiable, traveling is an inherent part of this employment Ability to travel around EC for store & salon visits \/ 2-3 per week out of province travel will be required You MUST look the part, beautifully groomed and very well presented (hair, skin and nails) Demonstrated sales experience with a focus on new business development (Beauty \/ Cosmetic sector) Professional English command for formal business relations, training and national engagement Able to work independently Accountable and highly driven - what you put in is what you will get out ESSENTIAL SKILLS + EXPERIENCE: Confident in sales, new business development, client relationship building and meeting targets Actively pursue and secure new business opportunities Develop new marketing strategies Previous skin care \/ luxury brand sales experience SOFT SKILLS: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong time management abilities Effective problem-solving and analytical skills Capacity to work independently and efficiently within a professional environment Ability to manage multiple brands concurrently Effective time management skills to meet deadlines consistently Understanding of financial statements Ability to perform well under pressure Strong customer service skills to ensure optimal customer satisfaction Proficient in data analysis and trend identification to enhance performance Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects. SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Manage retail staff at leading Retail outlets Build rapport with Retail Staff & Salon Owners alike Maintain outlining areas telephonically \/ schedule annual visits Develop strategies to grow the business in region (promo days etc) Represent the Brand Portfolio Conduct power training to staff and stockists where required Assist salon owners with marketing strategies to boost retail
