Senior SmartMine DevOps Developer based in Johannesburg East

POSITION INFO:

Job & Company Description:

The Senior Developer will be expected to work with the Product Owner and Product Manager to ensure the development of all SmartMine IoT integrated solutions. She/He will be responsible for maintenance of the solutions code base as well as providing guidance to the external developer team on the SmartMine CORE development , debugging and testing process.

Education:

Matric coupled BSc/BEng/ in Software Engineering

Job Experience & Skills Required:

6 years or more experience in enterprise software development
6 years or more experience in Linux – Ubuntu Server 18.04 and above, Fedora Server 30, Linux Security and certificates, shell scripting, C#, C/C++, PostgreSQL
Experience developing solutions for Kibana, Kubernetes and Kafika
Working with external development teams
DevOps Certificate
