POSITION INFO:
A leading energy and electrical solutions provider is strengthening its footprint in the Western Cape and is looking for a driven sales specialist to grow the Cape Town region.
This is a high-impact role for someone who understands specification-driven sales, thrives in the commercial and industrial space, and knows how to turn projects into long-term partnerships.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

Proven experience in lighting, renewable energy, or electrical product sales
Strong exposure to commercial, retail, industrial, or infrastructure projects
Established relationships with consulting engineers, contractors, developers, or facilities teams
Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed targets
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the Western Cape

Job Experience & Skills Required

Identify and secure new project opportunities across the region
Engage with specifiers and end-users to position value-driven solutions
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
Deliver technical presentations and solution-based proposals
Maintain a strong pipeline and provide accurate forecasting
Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure successful project execution
