SUMMARY:
Are you a self-driven technical sales strategist with a proven track record, ready to grow a well-established national brand's footprint in Cape Town?

Working closely with National Head Office and their onsite team, you will drive strategic sales plans, new opportunities and growing key account relationships.

An opportunity that will give you the autonomy to pave the way forward building this branch as if it were your own venture.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS Tertiary studies in business, marketing, or related field (preferred) Proven experience (10+ years) in a sales role, with at least 5 years in a senior or key account capacity Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and techniques Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Technical knowledge of the HVAC industry & related systems is advantageous Results-driven mindset Strategic thinking and problem-solving Customer-focused approach Leadership and mentoring skills Strong presentation and closing skills DUTIES Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets Maintain and grow relationships with existing key clients Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close sales deals Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sale support Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management Collaborate with the head office team and on-site installations teams to ensure client satisfaction Appoint, mentor and support junior sales team members to enhance team performance Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
