SUMMARY:
In this role, you will own the end-to-end Technology Governance Framework and drive a comprehensive governance transformation roadmap. You'll act as the strategic bridge between technology, enterprise risk, and executive leadership, embedding controls that drive real business value across the organization.

POSITION INFO:
The Tech Stack & Framework Deep-Dive Core Frameworks & Standards Primary Frameworks: COBIT 2019, ITIL Security & Risk Standards: ISO 27001, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Governance Focus: Regulatory Compliance, Policy & Operating Model Design, Audit & Assurance Practices Must-Haves Proven experience in IT Governance, Enterprise Risk, and Compliance in complex environments. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Governance, Risk Management, or a related field. Track record of facilitating senior forums and presenting directly to Executive and Audit Committees. Strong expertise in control design, gap analysis, and establishing governance KPIs. Nice-to-Haves \/ Certifications COBIT 2019 (Foundation or Design & Implementation) CGEIT, CRISC, CISA, or ITIL certifications ISO 27001 Lead Implementer\/Auditor certification Post-graduate qualification Key Responsibilities Own & Transform: Design, mature, and continuously improve the Technology Governance Framework and operating models. Assess & Monitor: Perform governance maturity assessments, evaluate control effectiveness across tech domains, and drive audit remediation plans. Executive Advisory: Produce executive-level insights\/reporting and facilitate strategic governance committees. Drive Adoption: Embed proactive governance and compliance practices across business and engineering units through clear education and frameworks. Why Join Us?
