JOB DESCRIPTION:

Awesome communication skills.
Impressive sourcing skills – using Boolean searches, and a combination of traditional and less-traditional sourcing methods (surprise us!).
Not afraid to take the lead in conversations.
Able to work independently (no micromanagement – YAY!).
Must have an interest in the digital technology space – able to keep ahead of new trends and tracks in the industries we support (would be fantastic if you are fluent in “Developer”).
Wicked sense of humor.
Must be able to learn and adapt to changes quite quickly.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Be responsible for driving various talent campaigns to identify and secure specialist IT talent across a wide spectrum of needs that includes Developers, Architects, BA’s, SA’s and EA’s. (Did we mention CLOUD?).

Building own social presence and network within this space.
Coaching and mentoring Junior Recruiters.

WHAT IT TAKES:
At least 5 years in a Digital and Technology sourcing/talent acquisition. (Solid influencing skills will not hurt).

Ability to manage stakeholders from all sides of a fence.
