Snr Network Engineer - SD-WAN

SUMMARY:
Datacentrix is looking for a Network Engineer with 5 years of experience in Linux; BGP, OSFP, PLS, SDWAN, CISCO, Juniper, Mikrotik. He/She will Monitor, maintain local and national core network as well as access/client networks.

Requirements:

• Matric Qualification
• Valid Drivers Licence
• Thorough understanding of switching, routing and their related technologies. BGP, OSPF champion. TCP/IP, IP Addressing (v4 and v6), CIDR and DNS. Excellent understanding of Service Provider and Enterprise architecture. Experience implementing QoS, PBR, VPN, MPLS, SD-WAN
• Qualifications - Cisco CCNP essential, CCIE advantageous. Mikrotik MTCRE essential, MTCINE preferred
• Riverbed, Meraki or Fortinet SD-WAN experience essential
• Basic Linux experience
• At least 5 years’ experience as an ISP network engineer or in network administration and maintenance
• Must be well spoken, have a good command of the English language and must be able to deal with customers in a professional manner
