A National Group specializing in the built environment & artisan training is looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team.

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales departments.

• · Knowledge of the following is needed:
• · Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
• · Define most important social media KPIs
• · Manage and oversee social media content
• · Measure the success of every social media campaign
• · Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• · Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
• · Work with the appointed PR Firm, copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
• · Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
• · Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
• · Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
• · Provide constructive feedback
• · Understanding of Marketing & Sales
• · Strong Knowledge and Understanding of Digital Marketing
• · Activations & Product/Service Offering Positioning
• · E-Commerce Knowledge
• · Website Build Knowledge
• · Google Ads Knowledge
• · Measuring Data
• · Measuring Analytics
• · Monitor Site Metrics
• · Respond to Reader Comments
• · Build Social Media Audience
• · Ensure Customer Engagement
• · Experience with all Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and other mediums)
• · Establish & manage Social Media presence for the business/businesses
• · Responsible for Creative Design
• · DTP (Desktop Publishing) and Graphic Design Experience
• · Create & Analyse an effective advertising campaign of the target market
• · Draft & Create Social Media Briefs
• · Experience in business letter writing
• · Experience press release
• · Create, Edit and Troubleshoot Ads in Facebook Ads Manager
• · Experience and Knowledge of the Built Environment and Artisan Training Industry
• · Demonstrates advanced products knowledge
• · Adheres to all company policies and procedures
• · Finds new target markets and penetrates them to drive sales
• · Understands how to make products and services appeal to customers based on the environment and current trends
