• Monitor and analyse digital and social media performance using analytics tools to optimise campaigns and strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital and social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Oversee digital and social media advertising campaigns and budgets, ensuring effective ROI.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to support the overall business objectives of the brand.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage and engage with online communities to foster positive relationships and brand advocacy.
