Introduction:
The Social Media Manager will be the main point of contact for key clients, and is expected to deliver best practice of day to day project and team management.

Minimum Requirements:

• The ideal Social Media Manager would come from a background in content, social, or digital strategy, but who has also been involved in the execution of campaigns.

Knowledge / Skills:

• Building strong client and internal relationships
• In depth understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of various social technology platforms and systems.
• Ability to make recommendations for new platforms and interpret insights on campaign performance.
• Able to manage a team of community managers, but also do some of the implementation.
• Willing to invest in training and development of junior staff in the team.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts – implementation and client management.
