SUMMARY:
Established retail company with Head Offices in Midrand and a large number of brands in SA and Africa seeks to employ an experienced Social Media Manager with Retail. This role will be responsible for all the brands of the company across ALL social media platforms. A strong technical expertise will be essential for this role combined with strong content creation, digital marketing and high EQ

POSITION INFO:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the Social Media Strategy and manage the full range of Social Media Accounts for all the brands. A strong technical know-how combined with strong crisis management, customer management and a proven ability to build social media communities will be key in this role.

Requirements:

Grade 12
Relevent Degree / Diploma
3+ Years experience in Social Media Management (retail industry)
Facebook Blueprint Certification
Good understanding of Social Media KPI''s
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media platforms and best practices
Ability to measure campaign success
Knowledge of Design / Design Thinking
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Strong computer skills
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast paced, pressurised environment
ITC / Crim Clear
Own transport
