Social Media and Marketing Manager

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proven experience in social media management
• Familiarity with web3 and NFTs, and a keen interest in exploring innovative marketing approaches in this space
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute successful marketing campaigns, both digital and experiential
• Experience in running social media ad campaigns and measuring their effectiveness
• Strong understanding of Twitter and other relevant social media platforms, along with the ability to engage with communities effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity in content creation
• Initiative-taking, self-motivated, and able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player
• A passion for marketing and a drive to stay informed about the latest industry trends
• Knowledge on developing Key Account Relationships is a massive bonus

• Social Media Management: Take ownership of our Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter accounts, consistently creating and/or managing creation of compelling and relevant content to increase brand visibility and engage with followers.
• Digital Presence: Formulate a strategy for our social media and overall digital presence.
• Project Management: Appoint and coordinate influencer marketing, business collaborations, and content creation initiatives.
• Web3 and NFT Expertise: Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in web3 and NFTs, using this knowledge to implement creative marketing strategies.
• Marketing Campaigns: Ideate, plan, and execute out-of-the-box marketing campaigns both online and in real life, driving brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Event Management: Oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring they align with our brand identity and create impactful experiences for attendees.
• Social Media Advertising: Create and manage social media ad campaigns to boost engagement, reach, and conversion rates, with a focus on driving measurable results.
